(More customer reviews)The style and comfort of the Allen Edmonds shoes is outstanding. The Parliament is a great shoe. It is an orthopedic shoe, but being that I am 6'4", I could use the extra padding. The shoes are nearly as comfortable as some of my basketball shoes. I also ordered the Fifth Ave, but had to return them because of sizing issues. The Fifth Ave seemed to be slightly less comfortable because of the leather sole and not having the insert, but you can buy the insert from Allen Edmonds. But it seems that Allen Edmonds shoes are very comfortable and stylish.
The style of the shoe is classic. If you like wingtips, you will like these because of the detail put into making them. They looked wonderful with my pin striped charcoal suit.
If you are looking for an American shoe that is classic, this is it. Wonderful for bigger people (wore them all day and didn't notice they were not basketball shoes). I have not read very many bad reviews of any Allen Edmonds products and because of the quality of the shoes; I don't believe that I will.
