I don't have particularly sensitive feet (prone to foot pain, blisters, etc.) and it took me about two dances (4-6 hours) to break them in (for the arch of the shoe to properly accommodate the natural arch in my foot). I would also like to note that I never wear dance shoes with hose, socks, or the like, and the interior of the shoes feel great! In addition, I purchased the shoes used/returned, but they were in practically new condition and greatly discounted!!
As far as looks, the shoe is fabulous, indeed! I receive multiple compliments each time that I wear them--usually something like, "oooo, fancy"! I do think, though, that the suede is wearing rather quickly.
In addition, I had the great fortune of purchasing the shoes in-warehouse. The service was superb! The shoes were very accessible, there was no hassling, and the staff member on duty was incredibly helpful and had a true, service attitude!
